Beautiful Day, C'mon Let's Play!
This morning before school, the kids played so nicely together and then after school, we got to get outside in this beautiful weather! I also cleaned out our car and installed the new car seats...it's a big day here! I am so thankful for the time lately that all three children are playing so sweetly together!

Poor Little Things
The twins go down for a nap around 10 a.m. This morning, we dropped Caroline of at school at 9, ran some errands, and were back in time for the 10 a.m nap. Instead of sleeping, they talked, played, sang, and cried. They probably went down around 11 or so, which is sad because we leave to get Caroline around 11:45. This meant that I had to wake them ( I hate waking up a sleeping baby. I guess it is because I really can't stand being awakened myself!). This is the sweet sight I saw when getting them up...luckily, they greeted me with sweet smiles and didn't seem to hold a grudge.

Tickle Monster
Caroline "picked up" this mask way after Halloween at Kohl's one day when we were shopping. I don't know where she found it, but it came home with us. It is the Hulk, but she calls it the Tickle Monster and growls and tickles the babies with it on. We think it is precious...they could care less, but at least aren't scared.

Tippy Toes
are good for standing on! Both babies are pulling up and loving this toy! It plays animal sounds and sings to them in the animal voices. You have to be under the age of two to appreciate it, I think. Normally, Caroline has it switched to the Spanish side, so we hear all of the nursery rhymes in Spanish. I love how they are getting to play on their own, but as they become independent, it also means that they move farther away from the baby stage...BITTERSWEET!

Another Resolution
A New year and already January is almost over. I started this blog as a way for my parents and grandparents to see the kids and for them to read the funny stuff Caroline was starting to say. It's been a few months and I haven't done much with this page. She remains a sassy talker, but is sweet and has great manners, so we love that she is so vocal. Sam and Emma are even more fun that I last posted and I am excited to be able to post the things that they'll be saying in the future (so far, Emma says "Hi", "Bye-Bye", and "Mamma". Sam hasn't said much yet). I will post cute pictures (if you are the Mommy, they are all cute) and try to keep up and in touch with this page.
