Go, Robin, Go!

This poor bird had been trying to build a nest above our front window since March. No exaggeration. She kept plugging along but because it is a flat ledge, the wind would come along and blow it away. Matthew and I would sweep up the random bits of straw and grass daily. On Saturday, Matthew said, "Well, she finally made a nest and she is in it right now". Caroline and I grabbed our cameras (hers is a Diego camera book) and hurried to the window. We are trying to ignore her now and keep the blinds shut so the dogs don't drive her away. We'll keep checking on her and hopefully there will be some babies soon!
